In the Clamoring for Attention quest in Arc Raiders, Tian Wen seems to think that some well-timed distractions can assist in pulling ARC out of position. She wants you to test this theory around Blue Gate, so be prepared to make some noise.
For this quest, you'll need to bring a Battery and Wire x3 into the match with you to make some repairs. Alternatively, you can find these items in the match, but that seems like an unnecessary hassle if you have some in your stash already.
When you're ready to set off to Blue Gate to complete the Clamoring for Attention quest, we've got you covered below.
Your first step is to find and repair the emergency siren by the Warehouse Complex. This siren can be found around the middle of the map, just north of the Checkpoint POI.
Just interact with the emergency siren here using Wires x3 to repair and activate it.
Now, it's time to put that Battery to use.
The next step is to start the boom box at the Village POI, which is located on the northwestern side of the map.
When you arrive at the location on the map above, you should spot the boom box on a concrete wall in the open.
Interact with the boom box using the Battery you brought to start it up. There's no time to jam, though, as you've still got one spot left to visit.
To sound a bus horn, just make your way back to the Checkpoint POI in the center of the map and find any of the various buses on the road outside (buses inside will not count). Go inside a bus and interact with the horn on the steering wheel to beep it very loudly.
With that final step out of the way, you're safe to extract whenever you're ready. If you haven't already, though, you can also complete the Outstanding Balance quest that was also included in the same update.
