Heading to Stella Montis in Arc Raiders is always a risky endeavor due to potentially hostile raiders roaming the tight corridors within. This is especially true when visiting the lobby, which is exactly where you're headed if you're working on the Stable Housing quest. But you've got to do what you've got to do, so that's why we're here to help.
If you have particularly aggressive lobbies, you'll definitely want to come prepared with a decent loadout and a safe pocket for the Stable Housing quest, as you'll have to extract with some blueprints to complete the task. Once you're ready to get started, you can follow the steps below to get in and out quickly.
The first step of the Stable Housing quest sends you to the Security Bridge in Stella Montis. You'll need to go to the third floor of the lobby and head to the point on the map below, which is a small room containing a safe.
You'll be asked to open the safe, so interact with it to discover you can't do so yet. It seems you'll need an access card, so you'll be prompted to find one. Luckily, it's not far away.
Leave the small room on the third floor and use the nearby stairs to head up to the fourth floor. Wrap directly left when you reach the top.
Enter the door here with a "4" on the wall next to it.
Interact with the Access Card printer in the fourth-floor room to find that it malfunctions. You'll now need to return to the original room housing the safe.
Once you return to the original third-floor room, check some notes hanging on the wall near the doorway. This grants you the code to unlock the safe, so go ahead and do so.
You'll obtain the Project Hartwood Blueprints for opening the safe. Make sure you pick them up. If you have a safe pocket, toss them in there, as you'll need to extract safely back to Speranza with the blueprints in hand to turn the quest in.
