The League is a quest in Arc Raiders that sends you to Dam Battlegrounds and Buried City in search of a few items and photo spots. It's a straightforward quest that shouldn't take you too long to complete, but you may need to do a bit of traveling depending on where you spawn. Don't worry, though, as we'll take out any guesswork with the locations of what you need below.
We'd recommend bringing in an augment that has two safe pockets so that you don't risk losing the items you'll need to grab while you're on Dam Battlegrounds. Luckily, you're not headed to any high-traffic locations, so you may be safe from other raiders. Let's hope so, anyway.
When you're ready to complete The League, follow the steps below.
Your first objective is to take a picture of the goal at the Water Towers on the southwestern side of the Dam Battlegrounds map. Head there, then look for an interactable location to snap a picture of the nearby goal.

Don't leave quite yet, though! Check the section below for where to find the Deflated Football and Bicycle Pump.
Don't leave the Water Towers quite yet. To save yourself the trouble of searching for who knows how long in Residential areas, you can actually score a guaranteed Deflated Football and Bicycle Pump here at the Water Towers. Who'd have thought?
Check directly behind the goal for a box containing the Deflated Football, then check against the wall of a nearby dome for a bicycle containing the Bicycle Pump.
Stay near the goal to locate the next items.
Make sure you toss these in a safe pocket, then extract and keep them in your inventory until you complete the next step of the quest.
The final step of this quest will be to head to Buried City, then make your way to Marano Station on the northwestern side of the map. There's a kiosk here, so head inside it and take the photo.

When you've taken the photo at the kiosk, go ahead and extract. You can now turn the quest in back in Speranza before seeing what quests you'll need to take on next.
