Call Of Duty Leak Reveals Some Of The Most Impressive And Elaborate Weapons Yet

Call of Duty's newest season, Season 5, is out now, and that means dedicated dataminers have dug through the update to discover what's coming next to the multiplayer shooter.

Among other things, players can look forward to some of the most elaborate and impressive new weapons that Call of Duty has ever seen. The CODFish Tracer Pack, which is coming sometime during Season 5, will add a fish-themed mastercraft weapon that has one heck of an impressive weapon-inspect animation. As you can see in the video below, there is a skeleton of a creepy-looking fish inside the gun that swims out and can be called back by shaking a piece of bait, a bullet in this case, to attract it. Check it out below.

Another upcoming DLC bundle, Down From The Skies, includes a seriously impressive weapon inspection animation that appears to rip a hole in the space-time continuum. Take a look:

These weapon inspection animations are definitely impressive, but they aren't quite as stunning as this COD Mobile weapon inspection animation that is an entire WW2 cinematic experience. COD Warzone Mobile, meanwhile, has a fried chicken weapon animation that is also a sight to behold.

In other Call of Duty news, it was recently reported that Activision's teams used AI to create a DLC pack for Modern Warfare III. Activision has yet to publicly respond to this claim.

Season 5 launched today, July 24, adding new maps, modes, Operators, and more. In Warzone, the update makes a significant change to how gas masks work.
