Elden Ring Nightreign is just hours away from release, and streaming platform Twitch is beginning to make assets and rewards available to viewers, streamers, and content creators.
By simply watching Nightreign streams, you can earn a new global emote that can be used in any creator's chat. For those who like to clip important, funny, tense, or interesting moments in their favorite streamer's content, a unique badge is available. A second, separate badge is available for streamers who join up and make use of Twitch's streaming together feature, where creators can join their Twitch chats and collaborate on stream.
The three Twitch rewards for the Nightreign launch event.
You can earn the badges between May 29 and June 6 by doing the following:
Alongside these assets, Twitch has also created a global death-counter widget for streamers. Content creators can find the widget and installation instructions on the Twitch creator dashboard. When installed, it will show how many times Twitch streamers have collectively died in Nightreign. It does run on an honor system, so don't add a death to the counter unless you've actually died. The widget can also be toggled to show how many nights have been survived.
While it's only a few hours until you can get your hands on the game, reviews have already shown a favorable response to the new Elden Ring title. Our own Nightreign review sees Richard Wakeling refer to the game as "fast-paced and thrilling" with an "enticing structure" and "climactic" boss fights.
