Earlier this year, NPC Studio dropped the third major update for its farm life fantasy RPG Fields of Mistria. Now, the team is laying out plans for the next update, as well as Fields of Mistria's exit from early access in 2026.
NPC Studio shared its content roadmap on X, and revealed that Update 4 will debut in early 2026 and conclude The Mines storyline. The full 1.0 release of Fields of Mistria will debut at an undetermined date in 2026, but many of the upcoming features have been laid out.
The Mines update will introduce "a secret bachelorette" while adding some quality-of-life improvements, additional skill perks, and customizations. There will also be a handful of new systems added to the game, including apiaries and terrariums.
Update 5 will officially bring the game out of early access and into its 1.0 release state. At that point, Fields of Mistria will be 100% completable with additional dungeon quests, new wedding events for romancable NPCs, fresh cosmetic options, and more.
Following the 1.0 release, NPC Studio noted that there will be new content added to Fields of Mistria post-launch.
