Only the initial run of the fresh Disney Villainous printing comes with the Lorcana card, and Amazon has already sold out once--we'd expect the retailer to sell out soon again.

Best Buy is taking preorders for the refreshed edition of Disney Villainous ahead of the August 23 release date listed by the retailer, but the product image and description doesn't show or mention the Lorcana card.
