Ninja Gaiden 4 launches on October 20 for Xbox Series X|S, PS5, PC, and Game Pass. The fourth entry in the long-running action game series is developed in collaboration with Koei Tecmo's Team Ninja and Platinum Games, best known for titles like Bayonetta and Nier: Automata. The game will follow long-time Ninja Gaiden protagonist Ryu Hayabusa and a new character, Yakumo--who is a member of the Hayabusa Clan's rivals, the Raven Clan. The duo will battle against the forces of the Dark Dragon, who has plunged Tokyo into a permanent storm known as the Rain of Rot. If you're eager to get your hands on Ninja Gaiden 4, a $70 standard edition and a $90 Deluxe Edition are both up for preorder at multiple online retailers. Securing a copy early also gets you a special in-game costume as a preorder bonus.
All Ninja Gaiden 4 preorders include the Dark Dragon Descendant skin for Yakumo as an exclusive extra. The skin will be available at launch. Physical and digital preorders are both eligible for the preorder bonus.
Ninja Gaiden 4 Deluxe Edition
PC and Xbox players will also be able to play Ninja Gaiden 4 at launch via Game Pass as part of their membership. Xbox players will need to be a member of Game Pass Ultimate ($20/month), while Windows-only players can access the game via the PC Game Pass membership ($12/month).
