Reanimal may seem to be all about the jump scares and creepy imagery--and it largely is--but it also features a handful of fun secrets that can earn you in-game collectibles, as well as get you closer to obtaining 100% completion. In the case of the "Secret Bunker" trophy or achievement, you'll need to round up a secret code and input it into a machine somewhere on your adventure. But since the secret code is potentially the most easily overlooked thing in the entire game, we'll fill you in on where to find it, as well as where you'll need to enter it to complete this little side objective.
You can find Reanimal's secret code in Chapter 1: Dead in the Water. However, note that the secret code is the same in every game, so if you've already passed this chapter and just want the answer, go ahead and skip to the next section for the location and solution.
When you arrive at the handcar for the first time, you'll need to find and attach some wheels before it can be used. Before doing any of that, enter the bottom right door in this area.
Inside, follow the walkway and pass through another door, which can be difficult to see due to the game's dark atmosphere.
In this room is the Conch mask, which you'll want to pick up if you're looking for all of the masks. However, this room also contains a wooden box in the lower right corner. This box contains the 4 inputs of the secret code, which we'll discuss more below.
Again, this code is the same in every game, so there's no need to memorize it if you're using the steps from the next section.
You'll need to play quite a bit further into Reanimal--Chapter 6: Nobody Left Behind, to be precise--before you'll be able to input the secret code. At the beginning of this chapter, you'll make your way into a bunker where you'll use some binoculars to spot a different code on a box, which you'll then input into a machine nearby to drop some ammo for the cannon to progress the story. Before you leave, though, you can also put in the secret code you found earlier in the game.
Using the buttons on the large machine, input the code below from left to right to place the lights in the correct order:
When you've lined up the lights, you'll receive the "Secret Bunker" trophy or achievement--but importantly, you'll also notice the receptacle on the wall has opened to reveal one of the game's collectible posters. This will be needed for full completion of the game, so make sure not to leave it behind before heading off to the cannon.
