Battlefield 6 is off to a franchise-best start with over 7 million copies sold so far. But that doesn't mean there isn't some room for improvement. Some BF6 players have been very vocal about their displeasure with the in-game sun and the overly bright lighting when players come outside of buildings. But a fix may be on the way.
Florian Le BiHan--Battlefield 6's principal game designer--responded to a player on X, and said that DICE is aware of the issue and "working on a set of improvements in this area." However, he didn't share a timeframe for when those improvements will be released.
In the meantime, some fans have tried some unconventional ways to deal with the glare and the resulting loss of detail.
Another player offered a more serious solution that may work for PC users. Turn on HDR on your monitor and HDR 1000 in windows, and it should remove the glare.
In related news, Battlefield Studios has shared its intent to patch out the XP farms in the game, while offering a boost in experience points for players who engage in match competition and daily challenges through a new update.
Battlefield 6 Season 1 is set to launch on October 28, and the game recently hit a peak concurrent-player record of more than 747,000 players. However, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is set to be released on November 14, and that may draw a sizable amount of players away from BF6 when it arrives.

Yes we're aware! We're working on a set of improvements in this area, we will have more to share in the near future!

Battlefield 6 sun glare tip:
If you are experiencing the awful glare from the sky and looking out at the distance from inside a building. Turning on HDR on my monitor and in windows (HDR 1000 to be exact) completely eliminated all glare.
